RabbIT 3.4 (Default branch)
RabbIt is a mutating, caching Web proxy used to speed up surfing over slow links like modems. It does this by removing advertising and background images and scaling down images to low quality JPEGs. RabbIT is written in Java and should be able to run on any platform. It does depend upon an image converter if image scaleing is on. The recommended image converter is "convert" from the ImageMagick package.
License: BSD License (revised)
Changes: A cache is used for the direct buffers and the buffers are returned to the cache as early as possible, which means less garbage collection and less memory usage. Persistent Web connections that are closed by the client and have outstanding data are now really closed instead of reused.

NVnetbackup 1.6 (Default branch)
NVnetbackup (Not Veritas netbackup) is a simple backup system framework for data in an SMB/CIFS networked environment. It can also be used for backing up local data. The primary focus of this system is the simple selection of data to be backed up and the security of said data. It is also very portable because it relies on common Linux tools and its behavior is controlled entirely by a single and simple configuration file.
License: GNU General Public License (GPL)
Changes: This release adds more documentation to the FAQ included in the HELP file. This addresses the issues with NVnetbackup not being able to backup files located on shares hosted on Windows machines that are locked or in use. This release details the requirements for using Microsoft's "Volume Shadow Service" in conjunction with NVnetbackup in order to get around this.

ZUPS 1.0 (Default branch)
ZUPS allows for monitoring the state of one or more UPS devices using SNMP and executing user-specified commands in case of power outage, such as email notifications and controlled remote host shutdowns. If the UPS devices are running on battery, the shutdown commands are executed for an arbitrary number of remote hosts, optionally with some delay specified for each host. ZUPS can be configured to ignore these delays and run the specified commands immediately if the UPS devices are running out of battery power. Custom plugins can easily be added in order to perform other checks.

It takes the URL of a program's interface description and chooses suitable versions of the program and all of its dependencies (also identified by URLs) according to the user's policy settings (eg. "stable", "testing", "minimal network use", etc). The chosen versions are downloaded and cached and the program is run, using environment variables to let it find the components.
License: GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL)
Changes: A command to copy a download from an untrusted user (checking that the digest is correct) has been added. This also allows sys-admins to add user downloads to the shared cache safely. Non-ASCII characters in interface files are now su

eZ components 1.1.1 (Default branch)
eZ components is an enterprise-ready, general-purpose PHP platform. As a collection of high-quality independent building blocks for PHP application development, eZ components will both speed up development and reduce risks. An application can use one or more components easily, as they all adhere to the same naming conventions and follow the same structure. All components are based on PHP 5.1, except for the ones that require the new Unicode support that will be available from PHP 6 on.
License: BSD License (revised)
Changes: The major change is the way properties and "struct classes" are internally used. In addition, there is an updated version of the documentation generation tool (phpDocumentor) that allows properties to be displayed in a much nicer way.
