RRDBot 0.4 (Default branch)
RRDBot is an SNMP polling daemon which writes the polled values to an RRD database. It can poll many different SNMP sources in an efficient manner. The configuration is stored in text files. RRDBot also contains tools to simplify the creation of RRD files and the various archives contained in them.

cb2Bib is a tool for rapidly extracting unformatted bibliographic references from email alerts, journal Web pages, and PDF files. It facilitates the capture of single references from unformatted sources. References are written in BibTeX. A PDF file with the article text, if available, can be easily linked and renamed by dragging it onto the cb2Bib window. Reference manager applications can later retrieve, import, and display these BibTeX references.

parse_conf library 0.9 (Default branch)
parse_conf library is a very simple library for parsing scientific configuration or initialization files. It supports the separation of config files into different groups and reading integers, floats, doubles, and strings. It is compatible with C++ and Fortran and was designed for reading initial values for scientific applications. The configuration file consists of sections marked by headers and followed by entries of name/value pairs. Comments are supported, as are some extensions to this common config file format.

Changes: The parser and its design are completely different. Now all of an INI file is parsed into the list. The most important part of the code was rewritten from scratch. Mpg123 is a fast, free and portable MPEG audio player for Unix. It supports MPEG 1.0/2.0/2.5 layers 1, 2 and 3. dwdiff 1.2 (Default branch)
dwdiff is a front-end for the diff program that operates at the word level instead of the line level. It is different from wdiff in that it allows the user to specify what should be considered whitespace, and in that it takes an optional list of characters that should be considered delimiters. Delimiters are single characters that are treated as if they are words, even when there is no whitespace separating them from preceding words or delimiters. dwdiff is mostly commandline compatible with wdiff. The default output from dwdiff is the new text, with the deleted and inserted parts annotated with markers. Command line options are available to change both what is printed and the markers.

XML Schema for Java (XSD4J) is a small, well-documented library that implements schema parsing, handling, and transformations. Built-in types can be bootstrapped, and the level of parsing and structure building can be controlled by the application and augmented at every time. XSD4J ships with tools like Regexp2XSD to convert regular expressions to schemas, and XSDGraph to display complete type graphs.
ferm 1.2beta1 (Development branch)
ferm is a tool to maintain and setup complicated firewall rules. It allows one to reduce the tedious task of carefully inserting rules and chains, thus enabling the firewall administrator to spend more time on developing good rules, and less time on the proper implementation of those rules. These rules will be executed by the preferred kernel interface, such as ipchains and iptables, and in one pass. Firewall rules can also be split into different files and loaded at will.

Rule Set Based Access Control 1.2.8 (Stable branch)
Rule Set Based Access Control (RSBAC) is a Free Software security extension for current Linux kernels. It is based on the Generalized Framework for Access Control (GFAC) by Abrams and LaPadula and provides a flexible system of access control based on several modules. All security relevant system calls are extended by security enforcement code. This code calls the central decision component, which in turn calls all active decision modules and generates a combined decision. This decision is then enforced by the system call extensions.

Axiomatic Multi-Platform C 1.5.0 (Mac OS X branch)
Axiomatic Multi-Platform C (AMPC) is a C compiler suite with an IDE that generates Java class files (Java bytecode) to produce platform independent applications. AMPC supports a very large subset of ANSI C (1989). It can be used to develop new applications using C as well as port existing applications written in C to run on JVM enabled devices. A JNI (JVM Native Interface) feature is available for calling native C or C++ functions. Also, numerous Java methods can be called from AMPC. The asm() directive can be used to embed Jasmin assembly code within C source code. J2ME CDC 1.1 for mobile devices is also supported.

aria2 is a utility for downloading files. It has completely new design concept from its predecessor, Aria, and is written from scratch. aria2 has a segmented downloading engine in its core. This engine in was implemented in a single-thread model. The architecture is clean and easy to extend. aria2 currently supports HTTP, FTP, and BitTorrent. It also supports Metalink version 3.0.

anyfs-tools allows you to recover and convert filesystems while using minimal extra disk space. Unlike other recovery tools, anyfs-tools doesn't copy all the files found on other disks (or partitions), but only saves information about the location of the file blocks to an external inode table. After recovery, a user may mount the damaged filesystem with anyfs and the external inode table and then interact with all recovered files with any program.

ZUPS allows for monitoring the state of one or more UPS devices using SNMP and executing user-specified commands in case of power outage, such as email notifications and controlled remote host shutdowns. If the UPS devices are running on battery, the shutdown commands are executed for an arbitrary number of remote hosts, optionally with some delay specified for each host. ZUPS can be configured to ignore these delays and run the specified commands immediately if the UPS devices are running out of battery power. The xterm program is the standard terminal emulator for the X Window System. It provides DEC VT102/VT220 and Tektronix 4014 compatible terminals for programs that can't use the window system directly. If the underlying operating system supports terminal resizing capabilities (for example, the SIGWINCH signal in systems derived from 4.3bsd), xterm will use the facilities to notify programs running in the window whenever it is resized.
